Job Description:
An exciting opening with a prestigious Middle Eastern Philharmonic Orchestra.
As Orchestra Director, you will provide leadership in strategic planning in coordination with the Board of Governors and the Music Director.
You will oversee the day-to-day operations in the areas of finance, procurement, human resources, marketing and public relations for the centre to ensure that the Orchestra achieves its mission and strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Ten years of Finance and Administration experience, preferably in a leading performing arts organisation.
- Commercial acumen and ability to set out and implement strategic plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills and fluent English.
- Excellent leadership skills and management skills.
- Competent in the use of Windows and Microsoft Office applications (word processing, Excel, spreadsheets, etc).
