Reporting to the Managing Director of Opus Arte, the Head of Production is responsible for managing all aspects of the DVD production process, from initial selection of titles, filming, DVD/Blu-ray authoring, and DVD/Blu-ray manufacturing and distribution.

The Head of Production works in close liaison with the ROH and other co-production/licensor clients, including Shakespeare’s Globe, Glyndebourne, La Scala, Zurich, Teatro Real Madrid, Liceu Barcelona and Bayreuth Festival.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Significant experience of managing the DVD production and manufacturing process

• Experience of project managing as a producer the filming process within a live theatrical environment

• A creative and critical appreciation of the opera and ballet repertoire and international principal singers, dancers and directors.
