Job Description:

Obligations include orchestra duty as well as active teaching opportunities

at Bilkent University, Faculty of Music and Performing Arts. Benefits include full pay of competitive

salaries covering renewable contract terms of 12 months with a maximum 230 service days, furnished

apartments in university campus with international faculty, full social security and health insurance.

Requirements: Bilkent Symphony Orchestra welcomes applications from experienced professional

musicians who hold degrees from an institute of higher education of international repute.

Preliminary auditions are by recording and applications are accepted

of January 2012. Final live auditions including rehearsals with the BilkentSO will be held
during 16-20 February 2012. BilkentSO will cover travel to and accommodation at Bilkent for those
applicants invited for final auditions.
